Requirements:

• Degree holder in building/construction related discipline
• Minimum 5 years project management experience on client’s side in building development, renovation and maintenance works
• Capable of budget preparation and cost assessment
• Experienced in tender arrangement and contract administration
• Familiar with government building procedures and requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, committed and result-oriented
• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese, proficiency in PC applications

Responsibilities:

• Prepare budget and control on expenditure
• Enhance building quality and add value to the properties
• Conduct tendering and contracting on building and maintenance works
• Overall project management, control project progress, cost and quality of works
• Supervise building professionals and contractors during design and construction stages
