Job Description

Our Clients are looking for a Administrative Assistant with excellent communication and coordination skills to join their office in Central, Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round administrative support to the Director(s)
  • Coordinate with various internal and external parties on various assignments
  • Able to attend meetings, answer inquiries from different parties 
  • Prepare and handle different types of business documents and filing in a professional manner
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in business is preferred but not essential
  • With at least 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting the management of an organisation, preferably from real estate or financial fields
  • High proficiency in PC, including good practical knowledge of MS Excel and Word, and internet applications 
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Team player with a positive working attitude and a quick learner
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multitask at the same time 
  • Immediately available is preferred
