Job Description

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible to drive the team and deliver a seamless handover experience to our customers and ensure product quality meets customer's satisfaction.

Particularly, the successful candidate shall:
  • Responsible for handover operations of new residential property developments
  • Formulate budgets and establish company polices / guidelines / standard for handover service
  • Plan and supervise teams to ensure smooth handover experience to customers, including defect rectification
  • Ensure customer complaints from various channels are handled in compliance with company standards and guidelines
  • Analyze customer feedback and root causes of complaints, identify areas for improvement and recommendations for enhancing service quality
  • Collaborate with various teams / department to ensure smooth & effective operation
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with minimum 6 years of relevant experience at managerial level and proven track record in overall handover, defect rectification and customer services position
  • Experience in taking over new developments from developer and serving corporate clients is definitely an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
  • Strong drive and sense of ownership to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of customer-centric mindset and dedication to deliver exceptional quality services to customers
  • Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
