Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the second on-site in-charge of a newly developed residential estate to oversee all aspects of the daily property management functions
- Duties include supervising the property management team, budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc
- Attend owners' meetings after normal working hours is necessary
- Handle the emergencies of the property and perform ad hoc duties as required
- Degree holder in Property Management/Housing or related disciplines with at least 5 years' relevant experience
- Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is preferred
- Possess MCIH or equivalent professional qualification, knowledgeable in BMO, mature, independent and have strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
- Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage
