Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with different parties to ensure projects and maintenance works consisting with tenants and landlord's requirement
- Handle tenancy fitting-out works
- Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works
- Review, coordinate and handle all E&M (Fire Services/ BMS/ Lifts/ Plumbing & Drainage/ Electrical & ELV, Lift & Escalator, and etc...) and builder's repairing and preventive maintenance works and projects
- Lead sub-ordinates to establish design criteria, direct the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, tender documents and monitor work progress for alterations, additions, improvement and maintenance work
- Attend emergency call out duty and tenant's enquiries in relation to technical issues
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree or higher diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade "B0" or above) and valid certification of Construction industry safety training (Green Card)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering, maintenance and management services for commercial building
- Solid knowledge in multi-system retrofit plan
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available will be an advantage
