We are looking for a mature person to support the Sales & Marketing team. Someone who possesses high EQ, can handle ad-hoc situations in a calm and professional manner, demonstrating accuracy and attention to details, with good communication skills, and proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall support to the team of Sales & Marketing
• Assist with departmental admin work such as internal memos, contracts, reports, etc
• Pro-actively follow up with team members and/or other departments for outstanding issues
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• High level of professionalism and integrity in maintaining the confidentiality of information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiar with PMS Opera
• Well versed in computer working knowledge, good comprehension ability, possesses good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and desire to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess critical thinking skills and good judgment
• Two years hotel working experience and one year in administrative / support roles
