Job Description
You will be a member of our professional customer service and administration team to support two fast-expanding learning centres (http://www.i-learner.edu.hk).
This is a post that will provide you with full exposure to various aspects of customer service, marketing support and professional administration. Specifically, your duties will include
- providing quality customer service to parents, teachers and students via WhatsApp, phone CS and face to face enquiry
- maintaining customer relationship management system
- assisting in implementing marketing campaigns
- office administration and general support
You are expected to possess the following attributes:
- excellent communication skills
- love of children and education
- ability to multi-task and work independently
- very strong sense of responsibility
