You will be a member of our professional customer service and administration team to support two fast-expanding learning centres (http://www.i-learner.edu.hk).

This is a post that will provide you with full exposure to various aspects of customer service, marketing support and professional administration. Specifically, your duties will include

• providing quality customer service to parents, teachers and students via WhatsApp, phone CS and face to face enquiry
• maintaining customer relationship management system
• assisting in implementing marketing campaigns
• office administration and general support

You are expected to possess the following attributes:

• very strong sense of responsibility
