Job Description:

• To serve and handle customer's requests, enquiries, orders and complaints
• Build up good relationship with customers
• Manage hotline service provider
• Preparing, tracking and analyzing statistics reports
• Ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Form 6 or above with working experience in call center or customer service field would be an advantage
• Good communication skill
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Power Point and Excel)
• Working experience in IT industry is an advantage.
