An International Forwarder / Logistics Company Location in Kowloon Bay is urgently inviting application for the post of :


Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls
• Prepare reports and follow up shipment approval with overseas offices
• Follow up some truck shipment from HKG to China and issue invoice to clients.
• Provide general back-up support within the department

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years' working experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry is an advantage
• Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
• Good at writing English and general Mandarin
• Competent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Willing to learn, work overtime and with team spirit
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Location : Kowloon Bay
