Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company direction and business strategies to meet and exceed key targets including business revenue.
• Identify business opportunities and develop direct clients, overseas agent partners and network.
• Develop freight service products for direct clients and overseas agent partners.
• Provide solution to direct clients and overseas agent partners
• Work on quotations and negotiations to secure business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and overseas agents.
• Promote freight service products to clients and overseas agent partners.
• Prepare market updates.

 Requirements

• Strong interest in international freight, logistics industry and supply chain management.
• Pro-active, aggressive, positive and self- driven working attitude.
• Open-minded and energetic.
• A team player, willing to learn and to take up challenges.
• Presentable, customer and result oriented.
• Good communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• At least 3-10 years of working experience in business development or sales & marketing with proven track records is preferable. 
• Knowledge and experience in logistics fulfilment is a plus.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.  Fluency in Putonghua is desirable.
• Degree in International Business or Logistics related disciplines is preferred.
