Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage various sales, operations and administrative supporting tasks for the department
- Keep track of KPIs and business issues thru reporting as required by Sales and Operations teams
- Assist and support Sales and Operations teams in delivering necessary solutions and services required
- Provide sales and administrative support to both Sales and Operations team
- Assist management team in sales and operations administration
- Perform the administrative works for department
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
- High Diploma or equivalent above
- Customer service oriented and a team player
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, able to work under pressure and good time management skills
- Good command of both speaking and written Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English
- Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
