Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee a tax administration team
- Collecting, reviewing, organizing, and filing paperwork on behalf of clients
- Attending to client inquiries regarding our tax processes
- Data entry (tax numbers, client information, specific updates, etc.) on multiple platforms
- Filling in physical tax forms with client data
- Scanning and copying forms and documents
- Sorting mail, tax forms, letters, and other hard copy documentation
- Organizing and packing documents for mailing out to clients
- Updating trackers for specific tasks as required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, economics or a related field
- Proven admin or assistant experience, with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience in US tax handling is an advantage
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Must be numerically inclined and data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM and Mail Merge knowledge a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
