• Assign daily works to team members to ensure all requests are carried out to the required levels and standards in a timely manner;
• Liaise with operation team and other departments on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries;
• Ensure all system entry requirements are timely and accurate;
• Prepare regular report to monitor and improve service quality and efficiency;
• Attend service review meetings with clients to understand and improve service quality.​
• Assist in providing pricing information to complete the clients’ RFP/RFQ;
• Train the employees for the skills and competencies required to achieve their key responsibilities and key performance indicators;
• Ensure the team follows SOP and consistent compliance of company policies;

• Diploma holder or above in related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation in freight forwarding industry with proven track record in leadership and problem-solving will be an advantages;
• Strong in leadership skills and mentoring;
• Knowledge in Cargowise will be definately an advantage;
• Mature, independent, positive and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word-Processing;
• Working Location: ATL, Berth 3, Kwai Chung
