Responsibilities:

• Follow up customers’ inquiries and arrangement of outstanding debt settlement
• Contact customers by phone calls on collecting the payment
• Complete the daily assigned files by day end
• Update accounts status into system for record

Requirements:

• Form Five or above
• Experience in customer service/ account management is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and phone manner.
• Familiar with PC applications
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.

Shift duties: 9:00 – 18:00 and 12:00 – 21:00
