Responsibilities:

• Customer enquiry handling
• Order follow-up
• Customer claim / complaint handling
• Coordination work among customers, the paper mills and other regional offices
• Data entry
• Prepare reports and presentation
• Production data analysis
• Filing, sales support and office admin work
• Ad hoc project

Requirements:

• Degree / Associate degree  / High diploma holder, or equivalent, in any discipline
• At least 2 years of solid experience in sales administration and marketing or some other relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible. Can work independently
• Good knowledge in the application of Microsoft Excel (with knowledge of database would be a plus)
• Familiar with handling shipping document is an advantage
• Willing to learn and can work well with other team members
• Occasional travel is required
