5.5 Days work, alternate Saturday-off

Working location: Kwun Tong (near MTR Station)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and respond delivery enquiries to customers on a timely manner;
• Process delivery orders, and prepare delivery notes & return notes and related logistics documents;
• Coordinate logistics operations with warehouse and communicate with internal departments to monitor logistics issues;
• Provide support to prepare quotations and documents for pricing and tender submissions;
• Provide administrative/ general support to Sales;
• Maintain accurate records in systems and document filing;
• Handle customers inquiries and request, analyze client opinions/ complaints and follow up with related parties for service improvement;
• Handle office administrative support and assist to prepare reports;
• Occasional visits to construction sites when necessary; and
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline;
• At least 1-year experience in Customer Service;
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, careful, willing to learn and able to work under pressure; and
• Enjoy team work with good interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
