Our client is a multinational professional firms with over 5000 staffs globally with good reputation in the market. Currently due to business expansion, they are hiring senior level customer service support staff. 

Your Responsibility will include:

• Work closely with the relationship mangers to provide customer service support to the clients
• Support sales delivery processes
• Handle client acceptance processes
• Handle incoming payments and update the receivable list to finance department

Qualifications:

• High diploma or above
• 4 - 5 years of experience in customer services
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
