Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update sales database, filing system and sales demo.
• Provide support to the team, including preparation of tender, quotation and order, follow up of sales enquires, customer survey and sales related activities.
• Perform intra-department communication and cooperation.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• HKALE / DSE or above.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizing skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks.
• Less experience will be counted as Sales Clerk.
