Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- E&M Engineering
- Specialist, designer, supplier and contractor : swimming pool, fountain, spa facilities, health club facilities, ice skating rink etc
- Main clients : hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients
- Project location : Hong Kong, Macau and China
- China offices : Guangzhou and Shanghai
- We are looking for PROJECT ADMIN ASST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform daily clerical and administrative support
- Prepare invoices, quotations and other documents
- Data entry and filing
- Coordinate with internal teams, external parties and China offices
- Office admin support like order stationery and office supplies...etc
- Over 2-3 years clerical or administrative support in office environment
- Experience or interest in building or construction sector is a plus (not a must)
- PC proficient in Word and Excel
- 5 days work
- 14 days annual leave
