Role & Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for retail operations team including frontline staff duty roster, commission/incentive calculation etc.
• Compile regular reports through POS, Excel or other software for retail operations team and management review
• Maintain adequate and timely communication between office and frontline shop
• Handle customer service hotline to assist with customer’s enquiries, requests or complaints to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Perform general clerical duties/other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Services Operations, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in retail industry
• Good team player with good communication skills
• Proactive, organized and detail-minded
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer - Retail Operations
