Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation of strategic sales and marketing plan for the Company’s residential projects;
• Execute effective branding, marketing and promotional campaigns and materials to project premium brand image;
• Work closely with different external vendors (including advertising agencies, media agencies, PR firms, media sales, renderers, reporters etc.) for the production of high-quality marketing deliverables within set time frame;
• Liaise with the press for positive publicity;
• Media planning across multiple channels, including traditional, digital and social media channels;
• Ensure compliance against related legislations and regulations;
• Assist in the preparation of budget and monitor expenditures;
• Conduct relevant market research, monitor and analyse latest trends for market intelligence.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration / Real Estate or related disciplines;
• At least 6 years of sales and marketing experience, with exposure to residential sales and marketing;
• Solid experience in the execution of marketing campaign for development projects, from creative briefing, planning and execution to budget preparation;
• Passionate to manage and drive new initiatives, with interest in lifestyle, residential design and marketing;
• Independent while being a good team player;
• Proactive, self-motivated, creative, flexible, attention to details;
• Strong in project and time management;
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills;
• Good research and analytical skills;

• Good business acumen and analytical skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Manager - Sales and Marketing.
