Job Description
My client is a US-based engineering solutions provider with a global presence. As a market leader in the sector, combining service of sales, marketing, distribution, and contracting with engineering solutions for the construction and industrial business sectors for Hong Kong, China, and Macau markets.
To cope with the growth of the business, they are looking for a Department Head to join the company.
About The Role:
- Direct report to CEO.
- Drive engagement by building a professional and proactive relationship with all key stakeholders within the industry.
- Customize business solutions and account configuration by involving from tendering to project delivery.
- Responsible for tendering and estimation, contractor management, project cost review, and pricing negotiation.
- Attending both internal and external meetings from design stats, site visits, and delivery.
- Strategic implementation of innovative solutions uplifts industry-standard, productivity, and safety.
- Work closely with internal teams for project implementation and evaluate business development activities.
- Any ad hoc tasks/projects will be assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering
- 5-8 years of Engineering or Manufacturing related experience in lighting product
- A track record of past success in completed projects is required.
- With excellent skills in relationship maintenance and building.
- Extensive skills in research, analysis, and comparison are important.
- Enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
