Purpose of Position

  • A CRM Executive would be responsible for coordination in applying the best practices of our existing global membership Casetify Club to bring better customer retention rate and hence uplift the business. He/ she will need to understand the customer behaviour of the local market & require a strong data insight on how to localize the program and hence enhance the program experience.
Job Description
  • Assist CRM Manager to execute marketing strategy for how we onboard, engage, upsell, repurchases and prevent churn for our users on the web / app / retail platforms
  • Become an expert on the customer journey. Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer mindsets, behaviors
  • Prepare data to understand customer segmentation and behaviors
  • Manage customer data cleansing and update
  • Operate of the membership club
  • Execute marketing automation campaigns Define metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights
  • Build data dashboard and maintain regular CRM KPI reports
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests to fine tune flows, segments and messages
  • Support in localising and executing retention strategies.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline
  • 2+ years experience in CRM, retention or loyalty membership program management
  • Familiar with the execution of eDM, push notifications, in-app message and SMS
  • Experience in defining user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, modelling and hypothesis testing
  • Advance knowledge in MySQL, Excel and database data structure
  • Previous experiences with marketing automation tools such as Twilio, Salesforce would be preferred
  • Experience in managing global membership program will be a big plus
  • Experience in omni channel business nature is a big plus
