Responsibilities:

• Promoting sales of the Company's products and services including major modernization liaisons and new installation projects

• For New Installation Projects

1. Preparing tender and cost calculation
2. Performing sales activities for new installation project, such as handling of enquiries, attend tender interview, negotiation with customers etc.
3. Payment collection and handling complaints cases etc
4. Follow-up order with overseas factories
5. Meeting with customer including architect, consultant and main contractor etc

• For Modernization projects

1. Preparing quotation and follow up with clients for progress of modernization works
2. Carrying out sales activities for lift repair and modernization projects
3. Customer service and job site visit
4. Reviewing customer contract terms of modernization
5. Payment collection and handling complaints cases etc.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 1 year’ relevant working experience in Engineering, preferably in lift industry. Lift / Escalator Worker registration card holder is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated
• Working location: Head office at Western District
