Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of store and monitor the sales performance and minimize shrinkage by in-depth analysis of responsible departments to achieve the financial goal of assigned area
• Execute the promotion plan, monitor product display and also the stock level to ensure the continuous supply to customers for maximizing the sales
• Ensure the daily operating practices within the store environment are in compliance with the hygiene and safety standard and all other related procedures laid down in the store operation manual
• Ensure customer feedback handled immediately through store team to maintain better customer relationship, reinforcing the service culture
• Coach and supervise staff to improve the overall customer service skill, maintaining staff positive work attitude with respectful work environment
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Tertiary educated with at least 7 years working experience in which 3 years must be in retail business with supervisory position, FMCG is preferable
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, service oriented
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to communicate with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• 9.5 hours/ shift and 7 days off/ month, 17 days public holiday
• Immediate available is highly preferred
