Job Description

The Technical Sales is responsible for providing presales support to sales team for bidding infrastructure services project. Occasionally, the Technical Sales may need to be involved in the project implementation phase as the project architect.

The Technical Sales should have good knowledge of Enterprise IT infrastructure and in-depth technical skills in numbers of key IT portfolio, such as Hybrid Cloud, Database, Middleware, Security, AI, Container platform and Infrastructure solutions etc.

Required Skills

Bachelor Degree holder from Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering relevant discipline is expected

At least 3+ years working experience with rich experience in the area of IT Architect, key solution design and/or application software development. Candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:

-        Strong architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for projects

-        A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, open source solution and data management is critical.

-        Provide support such as troubleshooting to open sources performance issues

-        Experience with sales prospects in person, understanding complex environments and delivering IBM Solutions and value propositions effectively

-        Astute in presenting to and conversing with customers; ability to deliver technical information in a clear and concise manner

-        Highly motivated, competitive, and passionate team player who is driven to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, and high activity environment

-        Strong affinity for customer relationship management and requirements gathering

-        Hands on delivery experience is an advantage

Able to provide support occasionally beyond usual business hours

Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be an added advantage
