• Ensure all products made according to Standard Recipe set by franchisor and ensure product consistency in quality and presentation meet standard set by franchisor.
• Communicate with sales team to ensure the production output is sufficient to meet the sales demand and responsible for stock ordering and maintenance of stock level.
• Monitor the production teams’ performance by providing guidance and provide on-job-training so as to uplift their technical skill. Provided new product and skill training required in their station.
• Ensure food safety and maintain kitchen hygiene according to QA and FEHD standard.
• Maintain frequent communication and provide coaching to production team so as to build up an effective team with good morale.
• Monitor the sales performance of new launched products/ promotion items for management review and understand departmental budget, sales target and menu item popularity to improve counter performance with Operations Manager.
• Review and analyze the damage & loss of both raw materials and final food products for working out a production schedule that sufficient to meet daily business demand.
• Maintain frequent communication with Bakery OM and Supervisor on operation issues and make recommendation to Production Manager on improving operation flow and products quality.
•  Provide recipe with correct information and instructions in menu planning process
• Initiating, planning and implementing new product development projects

• 10 years experience in bakery production with 5 years in supervisory/ management level
• With certificate of Hygiene Supervisor
• Capable to handle all baking process independently
• Good communication skill and management skill
• Proactive, initiative and independent
• Knowledge in computer applications
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
