Job Description
Responsibilities(Long-term contract)
The incumbent will be responsible for ticketing system maintenance and support, including applications installation, performance monitor, testing and resolving problem. He/ She will work with business partners in the design, configuration, testing and production launch of new products for Ocean Park Dry Park and Water World. In addition, he/ she will support integration through APIs with external systems.

Requirements• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in IT industry, with proven working experience of mission critical application system configuration and supports
• Familiar with Windows environment
• Experience in SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON and JavaScript
• Excellent communication skills, attention to details, problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, intelligent, strive for excellence
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Ticketing System Officer.
