The Project Manager is responsible for the part of the workplace management team that directly manages short- and long-term projects. Project Manager are typically responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.

The Project Manager role includes the following tasks:

• Assist in negotiating project execution strategies, procedures, charters
• Assist with budgeting
• Organizing, managing and coordinating project related work and resources
• Monitor and evaluate project progress
• Communicate with all project stakeholders
• Document handling
• Administrative work

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings and identify technical problems.
• Monitor the project phases
• Prepare proposal documents and submissions
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Enhance the project performance with business users and IT

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
• IT service certificate holder is a plus (e.g. PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, PRINCE2)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Have government project experience will be an advantage
• PM have a team leader experience, lead the development team to complete development tasks
• A good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Less working experience will be also considered as a junior post
• Immediately available is highly preferred
