Technology Support Group Officer Tsuen Wan

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform administration and support of IT infrastructure
• Provide support for to both internal users or external customers
• Perform server and network maintenance and monitoring
• Network equipment maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Assist in IT asset management and security control
• Provide on-site training, installation and troubleshooting for external customers
• Develop and update technical troubleshooting
• Assist in corporate and local system deployment, enhancement and maintenance
• Perform regular audit for internal or external

      Basic Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 1-year relevant work experience
• Basic PC hardware and software technical knowledge
• Basic MS Office, Windows, Networking and hardware knowledge
• Good communication skills with past experience in delivering end user training will be an advantage
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Initiative, fast learner and team work oriented
• Fresh graduate with related education will be considered
• Working Location: Tsuen Wan and Chek Lap Kok
• Outdoor work is required
