• Manage and help deliver projects collaborating with Digital, Brand, IT, Operations,  Chain, Finance and Customer Relation
• Understand the business processes that are defined in the region and be able to provide the process owners and users with functional support on the systems/applications being used.
• Be integrated with the business in identifying new opportunities for process and system improvements and consolidate and detail out requirements for these.
• Track milestones and deliverables and hold regular management review meetings with the team
• Act as an escalation point for client issues and team problem resolution as needed
• Effectively establish and maintain the relationship with the corporate IT department and its resources to work as an extended organization into the region.
• Collaboration with business units and stakeholders across the commercial and technical teams to understand priorities and provide continuous feedback
• Ability to plan, organise and conduct significant changes while minimising the impact to the business
• Efficiently schedule requests, tickets and project work

• Solid experience in a Delivery role
• Accustomed to dealing with people at all levels and exceptionally customer focused
• Excellent communication skills, able to author detailed reports when required as well as convey information both written and verbally to colleagues with a wide range of IT knowledge and understanding
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate and partner with various teams and stakeholders (non-technical to technical) across the business
• Excellent IT skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and numeric skills
• Experience of working within a medium to large, multi-function business environment
• Able to proactively prioritize and manage your own and your teams' tasks, able to adjust on the fly as needed to meet business requirements
• Able to work on your own initiative when required, as well as in a team
• Willing and able to ask questions, not afraid to speak up when you have concerns, queries, or suggestions
• IT Project management across all areas of the business – with delivery in an agile environment
• Managing project admin and associated documentation
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Experience in process-driven testing, including documentation of and scripts that communicate testing procedures
• Ability to understand feedback/support requests from customers and translate them into fixes and features
• Exposure to SAP ECC, Commerce Cloud, Shopify
• Exposure to helpdesk and other service management systems such as Zendesk / Jira
  • Relevant Project Management Accreditation (Desirable)
  • Relevant ITIL Accreditation (Desirable)
  • Relevant working experience within Fashion (Desirable)
