Job Description

We are now hiring a few project management roles for our clients for a sizable financial service related project. 

They are looking for tech-savvy who are willing to take on challenges to involve in their sizable and well-known projects in a fast-paced and resourceful work environment. 

PMO Analyst/ Senior PMO Specialist/ Project Coordinator

The selected candidates will be supporting the PMO office on the activities, coordinating the portfolios, etc. Welcome anyone with BA/ PM/ PMO background who is looking for a change from their original domain and a large-scale project exp. as a trophy case. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategy for the control and tracking of project related items including issues, assumptions, dependencies and associated costs and resources.
  • Assist the Head of PMO in the delivery of Project Life Cycle (PLC) phases and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements.
  • Coordinating PMO processes, systems/tools and ensuring governance is adhered
  • Coordinating PMO activities including coordination of the PMO SharePoint site
  •  Track project change and assist in managing project scope.

Job Requirements: 

  • Around 3 years of experience in Project Management or PMO process, experience with a full project lifecycle.
  • Strong PC skills across MS Office 
  • Good command of English, Cantonese

Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design activities and design complex solutions for cross-functional development teams to implement
  • Deliver PMO service to customer's project including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting across multi-departments, cross-regions 
  • Manage project budget and provide forecast
  • Perform any ad hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines 
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Hands-on application design, development methodologies, configuration management, and testing methodologies
  • Strong vendor management and project management skills 
  • Sizable application project experience - over USD 2m 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive thinking, proactive, analytical, organized, detail-minded and committed
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Cantonese
