• Work closely with both clients and internal parties to define the project scope
• Prepare project documentation to clearly communicate the project requirements to internal teams
• Liaise with internal teams and counterparts to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget
• Assist in completing all UAT related activities and support tasks
• Conduct market research in latest web and digital technology trend

• University Graduate with 3+ years of experience of project coordination in digital or IT related fields
• Detailed-mined, versatile and naturally outgoing with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
