Job Description
*Contract based, subject to converting to Perm staff if working in good performance*
Responsibilities:
- To handle the customer calls and queries
- Follow up on the customer calls
- To handle compliant case in a professional manner
- General CS & Admin. support to the team
- Ad hoc support if required
Requirements:
- Diploma of above with Customer Service experience (Fresh graduated will be considered)
- Self-motivated, Energetic & A Fast Learner
- Customer oriented, detail minded and able work independently or in a team
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
