Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist President for all kinds of Regional management;
Assist President to execute sales strategies and sales planning;
Assist President to establish ERP system;
Manage the company website;
Coordinate all business related affairs both Hong Kong headquarter and regional offices;
Consolidate and analyze reports and format presentations;
Ad-hoc projects as required;

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business or above with minimum 5 years relevant experience;
Mature, responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibilities;
Excellent command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Proficiency in PC software, e.g. MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
