Job Description

• Be responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality, performance and reliability of the manufacturing mechanic devices as well as monitoring all new factory set up in terms of installation, operations and maintenance
• Provide full technical support for various production sites on all manufacturing mechanic devices including sewing, cutting, bonding, laser cut, ultrasonic machines, etc
• Manage the mechanic team in various production sites to deliver safe, reliable and cost effective repair, renovation and upgrading service
• Set up and organise a manual and SOPs management on all manufacturing mechanic devices, as well as manage and execute thoroughly the company

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing field with 6 years in managerial level
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• High level of written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Business travel required (China and Southern Asia countries)
