The challenge is to:

Brand Strategy

• You will contribute to the respective brand strategies and assist in the development of the brands’ positioning to strengthen the brand equity
• Optimize the various customer value propositions and customer segmentations used by the banners
• Interpret and leverage market research from multiple sources to support strategy and brand building activities

Store Branding

• Contribute to the store brand identity of our DFI supermarkets and translate this to excellence in execution at store level
• Partner with store design team on translating the brand strategy into suitable visual merchandising equipment, customized for various stores sizes and environments

Do you have experience in brand marketing and brand equity?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience especially in brand marketing and brand equity
• Strong in stakeholder management, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
• Well-organized, enjoy working in fast-paced organization
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
