Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager to plan and deliver CRM Strategies for customer acquisition and retention to maximizing customer lifetime value
- Support CRM ongoing operations including campaigns and promotion creation and execution, contents and on-target message set up and delivery to segmented audience
- Engage members through various promotional channels, including in-store POP, eDM, SMS and digital platforms such as mobile app
- Collaborate with different internal and external parties in planning and organizing promotions as well as special case handling
- Assist in system enhancement testing
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in CRM / loyalty programs management / Marketing
- Team player, patient, detail-minded and result oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
