Job Description

Responsibilities include:

-        Plan and manage all Social Media platforms strategy including content creation, posting and monitoring social community

-        Work with the key social media platforms to deliver various objectives; reach new customer and grow our brand awareness

-        Develop, execute and track Social Media platforms promotional campaigns

-        Write excellent ad copies and craft high performing ads to drive various objectives

-        Provide strategic social media advice and guidance to influence clients’ WOM and deal with PR crisis

-        Compile reports on campaign effectiveness in social media sites and collect marketing intelligence

Requirements:

-        High Diploma or above, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Arts or related disciplines

-        Knowledge of social media and digital marketing, from idea generation, execution to evaluation

-        Understanding on social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors

-        Good communication and project management skills

-        Creative and passionate on creating high-impact social content / campaigns

-        Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
