Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with different parties to deliver outstanding account servicing

- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a very timely and professional manner

- Handle both offline and online campaign including digital and offline media planning and buying

- Prepare quotations, pitching documents, proposals and reports

- Update company's portfolio, social media and website from time to time

- Build relationships and maintain constant contact with key clients

- Reach out potential clients for pitching

- Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in advertising and media industry
• Passionate, proactive, responsible and good team player
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English;
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Possesses strong project management skills
• Self-motivated and showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
• Attention to details and well organized
