Responsible:

  • Provide administrative support in leave and attendance, staff and benefits records, in/ out mails and couriers arrangement, stationery and sundries, office supplies management, etc.
  • Assist in other Human Resources functions, including but not limit to daily routines relating to medical and insurance, recruitment and selection, other HR functions etc.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee activities
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or other relevant qualification
  • 2-3 years relevant HR & Admin working experience
  • Ability to work independently, Flexible, good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available or short notice is preferred
