Responsibilities:
- Responsible for clinic front desk administrative duties.
- Answer patient inquiries & support appointment booking & handle registration & follow-up reports.
- Provide clinical support & assist doctors for the procedure of aesthetic medicine.
- Dispense medication with detail explanation to patients and inventory of medical supplies.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by doctor or clinic manager.
Requirements:
- HKDSE / HKCEE or above.
- Clinic operation and aesthetic medicine experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years working experience is preferred.
- Assist doctor for the procedure of aesthetic medicine experience is preferred.
- Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Good customer service skills, responsible, self-motivated, and good interpersonal &communication skills.
- Basic I.T. knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications
