Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate internal promotions and/ or external events of food, wine and sake with buying teams, store operations and marketing team
• Prepare and update promotion calendar and working schedule for related team execution
• Collect promotion materials, samples, merchandise information for promotion execution.
• Support team to prepare promotion training materials such as food recipe and food pairing and ensure that promoters understand the promotion’s mechanism, tasting arrangement, cooking demonstration activities, etc.
• Generate reports for team analysis
• Prepare marketing materials and presentation such as POP, sample photo shooting, promotion PowerPoint, etc.
• Support weekend promotion activities, promotion set up & dismantle, as well as regular store visit.
• Collect marketing intelligence and conduct market visits regularly

Requirements: 

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• 1 year working experience in event, promotion planning, food and wine or related industry is highly preferable
• Knowledge in food, wine & sake, with passion and experience in enjoying international food, cooking and “foodography” will be an advantage
• Proactive, strong interpersonal skill and able to work independently
• Reliable and organized, value teamwork
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Other drawing skills such as sketch up will be an advantage
• Fresh graduation candidate will only be considered if there is any proven experience in food retail business or food related academically background
