• Follow through the entire merchandising process - from product development, production to on-time delivery;
• Act as a communication bridge between factories, buyers, designers, and supporting departments to ensure proper and timely information exchange;
• Assist in managing all aspects of products being sourced and the actual production of those products to insure best pricing, quality, construction and timeliness;
• Stay in daily contact with factories to manage work-in-progress report in real time;
• Report production issues to superior/US counterparts in a timely manner;
• Mentor and supervisor the team members

• Degree holder in Fashion & Textile or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 8 years’ merchandising experience;
• Hands on experience in ladies sweater and C&S is a must;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
• Good written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Computer literate
