Job Description
- Handle full set book keeping including handling billing, preparing vouchers, receipts, payments, ledgers, cheques, bank transfer, financial reports and expenses, etc
- Responsible for daily bank/accountings operation, bank reconciliation and transaction reports
- Conduct month-end closing activities including bill settlement, profit & loss statement and expenses statement, etc
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ relevant working experience, working experience gained from law firm is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (especially in Excel) and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge of Libra and Peachtree will be an advantage
- Mature, Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
