• Analyse operations data to identify and segregate issues with negative impact on KPI scores
• Liaise with management to develop solutions for implementation
• Generate regular summary operation performance reports outlining operations issues and corrective resolutions
• Provide ad-hoc data analytics support to senior management
• Assist with documentation of data and performance reporting methodologies
• Assist with the change control management of the data performance methodology
• Support the preparation of reporting deck for management and board meetings

Requirements

• University degree in IT, technology management, data management, quantitative analysis or a related discipline
• 4+ years relevant experience with 2 year minimum experience in operations, or IT with a focus on data analysis
• Extensive and applied knowledge of IT documentation
• Extensive and applied knowledge of reporting systems and BI Tool
• Applied knowledge of EDI and scan data transmitted and purpose in reporting performance
• Extensive analytical skills
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English, knowledge of other languages preferred
• Preferred knowledge of processes used by supply chain and logistics sectors
• Extensive proficiency in MS Excel and demonstrated ability to manipulate data rapidly and efficiently
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in public speaking and presentation to peers and senior executives
• Qualities of an organized, self-motivated, work independently and committed team member able to take initiative
• High cultural awareness
