Job Description

• Provide legal support and advice to management and business units
• Review/draft legal documents as well as assist in legal risk control
• Manage and mitigate legal risks and implement company policies and procedures
• Liaise with external legal counsel and other third parties
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
• Conduct legal training for the team and keep up to date with changes in all relevant areas of laws and regulations

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified lawyer with 6-12 Years PQE (preferably with solid experience in Crypto, block chain, and Web 3.0)
• Sound knowledge of block-chain and/or cryptocurrency
• Language: English and Mandarin is preferred
• Be able to multi-task, problem-solve and be well-organized
