• Assist in preparing company secretarial papers for the Hong Kong subsidiaires and update of the statutory register books
• Prepare and attend to the electronic submission of statutory filings with various regulatory bodies, including Hong Kong Companies Registry and Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Assist in preparation of the interim and annual results announcements and reports
• Perform logistic arrangements for board meetings, committee meetings, shareholders’ meetings and board visits
• Prepare monthly directors’ training program
• Administer and maintain the Board Portal platform
• Build up archive for Company Corporate Information
• Provide office administrative support to the team and assists in ad hoc projects

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Corporate Governance or a related discipline
• Associate member or graduate of HKCGI (formerly known as HKICS)
• at least 5 years working experience in handling company secretarial and other administrative works, experience with listed company is a MUST
• Meticulous, attend to details, able to work under pressure and commit to work and deadline
• Communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, SharePoint, TEAMS, English and Chinese Word Processing
