Our client is a well known manufacturing group. They are now looking for a legal compliance manager to join their team. 

Job Duty:

• Analyse internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
• Create, modify, update and implement the company’s policies
• Advise the management team on business operations relating to investment, risks and any other policy development
• Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies
• Develop risk management strategies
• Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies
• Design ongoing compliance training programs for employees of the business
• Act as Company Secretary to undertake the relevant duties under Hong Kong Companies Ordinance

• Degree holder in business management, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Project Management or other related disciplines.  Candidates with a master’s degree will be given more consideration
• Additional qualification in the field of compliance or administration would be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional setting, particularly in the realm of compliance
• In-depth knowledge of industry standard, rules and regulations is greatly preferred
• Good grasp of industry processes and business regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical and conflict management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
