Our client is an esteemed property developer with a diversified of portfolio assets under its belt. Due to their latest progressive expansion plan, they are seeking for a Leasing Officer / Executive to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Support research and planning of leasing strategies, tenant mix and portfolio optimization
• Provide administrative support to the leasing department
• Support and assist in reviewing, drafting, amending, proofreading all types of documentations including but not limited to lease agreements
• Coordinate maintenance schedule, improvement projects, interior fitting out work / reinstatement work
• Monitor and keep abreast of market conditions and trends

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration / Real Estate / Business / Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, experience gained from managing leases / real estate industry would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese
